Well, I finally finished the pic. It's okay I guess. I was a bit lazy with the hair, but they weren't very detailed on the ref-pic. To me, it was important to capture the desparation in his face and also get the shading right.
This scene is from "Shortbus", it's Paul Dawson. Hope you like it!

Took me forever... I can't tell... 10 hours or more?
Pencil 2B, 6B, 8B, mechanical pencil 2B.

Very well done. You are an expert shader and I have to really apreciate the detail work. You must have alot more patience then me, not to mention skill. Bravo!

Thanks a lot! Actually, in the end I lost the patience a bit... the shading just took so long and I kept spoiling the pic with my dirty fingers! But in the end I quite like it!
